1. Credit Life and Disability Benefits - Waiver of installments due to death or total and permanent disability during the paying period or before the age of 70, whichever comes first.
 
2. Term Life - Aside from the Maturity Benefit which is equal to one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the Contract Price given on the 12th year plan anniversary, the beneficiaries will also get Term Life Insurance coverage equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price in the event of death of planholder due to natural causes during the paying or the waiting period or before the age of 70, whichever comes first.
 
3. Accidental Death and Disability – In case of death of planholder during the paying period, the beneficiaries will get triple the investment with one hundred percent (100%) of the Term Life Insurance coverage and the two hundred percent (200%) of Accidental Death and Disability Coverage, plus the Maturity Benefit equivalent to one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the Contract Price on the 12th year plan anniversary.
